For Autumn 2017 we are delighted to have another small batch limited release to ease us into the changing weather. In The Pink is a fully charged Hibiscus IPA with added hibiscus flowers to give a warm crimson glow as well as rich autumnal berry flavours.
Food Pairing: A great beer for roasted and chargrilled meats, autumn game meats would be a wonderful match to the berry like flavours coming through. Also perfect with charcuterie and smoked meats, so perfect on the side of a nibbling platter. Or try with a dessert – great with anything which leans towards the spiced, fruity and creamy side.
Cheese Pairing: Strong flavoured cheeses work best – a good vintage cheddar would stand up well with the full on flavours while a blue cheese, with its balance of saltiness and sweetness, would pair great with the fruity hop flavours and bitterness of this beer.
