Copper Coast Red Ale

Copper Coast Red Ale

An easy-drinking, fruity Irish red ale with a hop bite.

This is a smooth, fruity ale with a definite caramel character created by the use of crystal malt in the brewing process but with an added hop balance that is not always present in red ales, and which offsets the sweetness of the caramel flavours.

Suggested serving temperature is ‘cellar temperature’ of about 8 – 14°C but this comes down to personal choice – if you prefer it cooler or warmer then go for it!

As with all our beers, the bottles will contain a yeast sediment which is a by-product of the bottle conditioning process. This sediment is completely harmless and fine to drink, but if you prefer a clearer beer then leave the last drop in the bottle.

Named for the famed geopark along the scenic coastline that runs between Dungarvan and Tramore, our red ale lives up to its name by pouring an intense copper colour in the glass.
